Technical Tour of Etçii Meat Integrated Facility and Aslanboğa Kokoreç Production Facilities

On December 10, 2024, students of our Faculty’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department visited the Etçii Meat Integrated Facility and the Aslanboğa Kokoreç Production Plant as part of the Offal and Its Use in Kitchens course’s technical tour. We extend our gratitude to both establishments for opening their doors and contributing to the learning experience of our students.
