On January 30, 2025, the event “On Third-Wave Coffee with The Galliard Brasserie” was held with the participation of our students and academic staff. The event covered career opportunities in food and beverage establishments, the position and mission of The Galliard Brasserie in the industry, and the development of coffee culture. Our students had the opportunity to gain detailed knowledge about third-wave coffee brewing techniques and acquire hands-on experience.
