On May 10, 2022, Sadık Doğan and Tankut Paçacı from Pirge Knives met with our students. During the Knife Academy Seminar, students were informed about the knife-making industry and the different types of knives used in professional kitchens. Additionally, three of our students received a Pirge chef’s knife as a gift during the event.
