Culinary Workshop with Ekol Food Instructors

On November 9, 2022, Ekol Food Chef Instructors Okan Kadir Celep and Harun Can Gürbüz met with the students of our Faculty’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department through a World Cuisines–themed workshop. During the workshop, practical applications of Nachos, Vegetable Noodles, and Risotto were carried out.
