Our students have experienced an extremely efficient, tutorial and inspirational experience that they have had the opportunity to follow up-to-date gastronomic trends by contacting one-to-one with industry representatives. 
In the opening session of the forum, under the title of “Xchange: Single City, Single Vision – World Showcase from the Production of Local Values; Deputy Director of the University of Balıkesir and Department of Gastronomy and Kitchen Arts Prof. Dr. Murat Doğdubay shared valuable views in moderator, Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Culture, Art and Social Affairs Department.
